Arsenal forward, Alexis Sanchez, has been offered an incredible £400,000-a-week deal to leave England for China, according to the Daily Mirror.

The Chile international has 18 months left on his current contract and has been in negotiations with the North London club over an extension.

Alexis currently earns £130,000 a week and is reportedly demanding for wages around £200,000, as he wants parity with the Premier League’s top earners. Manager Arsene Wenger however insists a new deal will not be about money.

Manchester City remain keen on Alexis, although manager Pep Guardiola this week, denied he has spoken to the former Barcelona about a move to the Etihad.

It is understood that Wenger is also assessing possible replacements should Alexis leave, with Borussia Dortmund’s Marco Reus top of the list.
