Man United striker agreement, £100m-plus Chelsea plot, Messi and Suarez Liverpool desire

Transfer News
Manchester United have finally come to an agreement worth £1million for the sale of Ashley Fletcher, according to reports.

West Ham signed the 21-year-old striker last summer on a four-year contract.

However, no fee was ever sorted for the United academy product’s departure to east London.

According to The Sun on Sunday though, the cost of taking Fletcher from Old Trafford has cost West Ham £1m.

The Hammers will also have to double that figure if the forward meets an appearance clause included in his contract, having featured 17 times in all competitions so far this season for Slaven Bilic’s side.

Real Madrid are determined to sign Eden Hazard from Chelsea - and they are reportedly ready to break the bank to do so.

The Belgium international played down the possibility of leaving west London for Spain over the weekend.

However, Madrid chiefs are pushing hard with a world-record bid worth beyond £100m being lined up.

According to the Mirror, Alvaro Morata will be offered as part of a deal, which would subsequently smash Paul Pogba’s £89m fee at United last summer.

Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar all reportedly want Philippe Coutinho to sign for Barcelona.

Liverpool’s star playmaker only signed a new contract as recently as January.

However, according to Spanish outlet Don Balon, Barca’s front three believe Coutinho would add the necessary magic to their midfield.

The 24-year-old has the backing of Brazil team-mate Neymar, while Suarez has also played alongside him at Anfield.

But others at the Nou Camp such as Andres Iniesta and Gerard Pique are in favour of landing Paris Saint-Germain’s Marco Verratti instead due to his stability and style of play.
