Real Madrid are lining up a huge summer transfer bid to try and sign Paul Pogba from Manchester United, according to reports in the British media.
The Sun is reporting that the Spanish giants are keen on securing the signing of the France international as they look to bolster their midfield options ahead of next season.
However, the same report says that the Spanish side will have to offer Manchester United a transfer fee of more than £120m if they want to sign the 24-year-old midfielder this summer.
The story says that Real Madrid chiefs are now planning an “audacious” bid for the midfielder as they look to try and tempt him away from Old Trafford.
Pogba is currently in the second year of his five-year contract with Manchester United, and the Red Devils have no intention of selling the midfielder as things stand, according to the same article.
The story claims that Real Madrid would have to offer Manchester United “well in excess” of £120m if they want to try and tempt them into selling this summer.
Pogba will be expecting to feature when Manchester United take on Huddersfield Town away from home in the fifth round of the FA Cup on Saturday evening.
