Antoine Griezmann has a release clause in the region of 30 million euros in his current deal. But how much is he actually worth...?
Manchester United and Arsenal are two teams expected to delve into the transfer market this summer and one player who is reportedly on that January radar is Real Sociedad winger Antoine Griezmann. The young man himself confirmed United interest in his services in October last year, stating:
‘’I know that some English clubs are looking at me and Manchester United is on that list. It’s nice to hear that but it doesn’t influence my work.”
But Arsenal are also said to be keen - with Arsene Wenger himself recently stating:
"Yes, we follow him in great detail. He attracts other clubs as well. But we follow him, he is a known commodity."
At the end of the campaign it is already apparent that he will be leaving Sociedad. The recent arrival of Sergio Canales from Valencia also hints at Sociedad bracing themselves for the worst in regards to his future with the club.
